YOUR CONTENT

Operators and users keep full ownership of the content they create or upload — songs, audio files, node graphs, room layouts, shows and cues. The software claims no rights to it. You are responsible for having the rights to any audio you import.

MODEL LICENSES

Models downloaded from HuggingFace are subject to their own licenses and usage restrictions. Review and respect the license of every model you pull, and HuggingFace's terms of service, before using generated audio.

⚠ SAFETY — READ THIS

This software only designs and previews shows. The physical equipment it models is dangerous:

▸ Laser projectors can cause permanent eye and skin injury. Audience-scanning effects require certified equipment, trained operators, and — in many jurisdictions — an explicit variance or permit.
▸ Smoke and haze machines carry fire-safety and air-quality obligations and can trigger alarm systems.
▸ Pyrotechnics are ESPECIALLY dangerous and are regulated almost everywhere. They must only be handled by qualified, licensed pyrotechnicians with the required permits, safety distances and fire watch.

Always comply with local laws and venue regulations, and use qualified, licensed operators for all physical equipment. The authors of this software accept no liability whatsoever for the operation of physical equipment based on designs, cues or previews produced with it.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software authors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this software, including data loss, equipment damage, or personal injury connected to shows designed with it.
